Hot on the heels of our PR Week Awards nomination for Best Internal Campaign, we are thrilled to announce that team UC, Entain and their partner Content Formula have been shortlisted for Communicate Magazine's Internal Communication and Engagement awards in the Best Intranet category.
Entain is a business with big ambitions. It is one of the world's largest sports betting and gaming companies in the world, with an epic portfolio of brands.
To help it meet its ambition to bring moments of excitement into people's lives, it wanted to completely rethink its employee experience with a digital-first strategy that would enable it to communicate with its people and engage them in a fresh and modern way.
Its goal was to create a ‘one Entain’ experience, accessible to employees around the world – anytime, anywhere. A deep-dive discovery process revealed that an informal communications channel was required - a platform that connected people, streamlined the exchange of news and ideas, and brought the employee experience to life in a way that felt hyper-local to each market and hyper-personalised for employees.
Entain.me, a bespoke digital platform was born. It leverages LiveTiles Enterprise and Microsoft technologies to align business functions and enables Entain to reimagine internal communications and connect employees like never before.
The platform was brought to life by an integrated three month internal comms campaign, “Play Your Way”, which created intrigue around the platform, drove employee advocacy of the benefits and climaxed with a live unveiling.
Since its launch last June, Entain.me has transformed the way the Entain team works. In a six-month period, it saw more than 1.5 million homepage visits and facilitated 9.5 million read messages via Yammer. With 16,820 active users, it truly changed the game for Entain - connecting its global workforce, creating a sense of community and fostering genuine collaboration.
